  Young girl made it with NO gloves on, did not wash her hands before making it and then put 1 glove on when putting the beetroot on. Seemed like she was more concerned about getting her hand red then actually putting together a hygienic sandwich for the customer.

  I have been a loyal customer to the Swiss bakery for years. Yesterday was my first visit since the takeover by a new owner. I am amazed at the speed the choice and the quality of the goods have deteriorated. The once fantastic shop with proper Swiss products has gone right back to the standard of any bakery selling mass produced products. Not even the Zopf, one of your best selling products is not available anymore. I will not ever enter any of your shops again. I can guarantee at the rate you are going, there will not be any shops to enter soon. By the way, your staff is still as helpful and courteous as ever.

  Great tasting pies and bread. Only disappointment is that they sell out so quickly. I have often been by at 9 in the morning to find many of the items I want are sold out.

  Really good pies and sausage rolls. Haven't tried much of the sweets yet, but what I have tried are ok.

  Salad looked dry and old so I asked her if it was cut up fresh that day. The reply I got was " yes I put it in their daily and take it out and re wrap it daily", "it still tastes alright". Processed ham came out of a ice cream container.
