  Selling a property should be about exactly that..selling the property. Not about huge marketing costs so the agent can get his brand out there. Arriving in expensive suits and fast cars and creating hype about himself. Pushing me to drop my price to a ridiculous, unreasonable amount after 1 week of trying and when I wanted to proceed as is, the agent quickly lost interest and sent an assistant to conduct open inspections. Very disappointed, overrated, all hype and couldn't deliver.
