  I rented through Vanessa for about 10 years. Never have I seen such professional caring and devoted property management! If i ever want to rent my house I will definitely would not hesitate to get vanessa and her team to manage it. They have excellent attention to detail and truly care about keeping the properties in excellent condition. As a tenant I was completely satisfied with the way they run their business and I was always treated with understanding and respect. Keep up the great work and thankyou for being the best property managers on the coast. Your personal touches are greatly appreciated!

  Third time lucky. Belle was referred to us whilst with our second agent on the coast. Good timing, because that agent was starting to let us down, as had the first. Vanessa respected our choice to give them a chance, she stayed in touch without being annoying, and eventually won our listing. We have never looked back. The best test of an agent is when something goes wrong - rent arrears / emergency repairs / difficult tenant - and Vanessa has passed this test well and truly. We have no hesitation in recommending Belle Buderim.

  My husband & I rented from Vanessa for 9 yrs. Often I found her to be abrupt/blunt/rude. When the owner wanted to move in she was unhelpful. IMHO, she excels for the property owner but does not extent that courtesy to tenants. (I persevered because I loved the property.)

  The worst property management team I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. Rude, arrogant and outright unprofessionall. I will never be utilising this companies services ever again.

  When we had to move out due to the owners needing the property back she was very helpful. Would definitely recommend Belle and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in future.
