    In my opinion, don't go to these people for ANY funeral arrangements. I could not believe the insensitivity, indifference and total dispassionate manner and approach by the Receptionist at Wises Road, Maroochydore office. I attended the office to have my beautiful Son's ashes placed in a container so they could be interned. In my opinion, one would reasonably expect to see and feel some dignity and respect for the deceased ashes by a Funeral Directors' office. But no, it was like being met, treated and spoken to by an totally insensitive factory line worker. In my opinion, the woman needs intense training.
